SCHOOL OF NURSING
Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal (MBMAN) School of Nursing Bhadrapur is a pioneering academy in eastern region committed to high quality instructional program. It was established in 2002 A.D (2058 B.S) at Bhadrapur Municipality- 08, Sagarmatha Chowk, Jhapa as an academic program of MBMAN. A 3 years proficiency certificate level in nursing (PCL Nursing) program has got accreditation from the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and Nepal Nursing Council (NNC). Within the span of 18 years of its running it has earned a unique identity. The remarkable effort from the faculty members, the management, the students have produced an encouraging result over the years. A remarkable number of successful students have been working both at national (government services and other private advanced hospital) and international levels.
MBMAN School of Nursing has own academic building, well equipped library and laboratory setup. Infrastructure has been developed as per the Council requirement. Hostel facility is also available for interested students.
This campus is located in peaceful environment with Mechi Zonal Hospital in the ambience. Students are sent to Mechi Zonal Hospital Bhadrapur, Nobel Teaching Hospital Biratnagar and other respective areas for their practicum accoding to the demand of practical subject. Our teaching learning management is based on PCL Nursing Curriculum and follow appropriate teaching method according to curriculum goals at all levels.
Nursing Program Administration:
This program is governed by our respected board members and Executive Director from our main office. Needful management is also provided by program management sub committee members for this Nursing program.

Admission policies:
- Annual intake of students
- The maximum number of student intake is 40 per academic year with the provision of 15% male students.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must have passed SEE with a minimum of ‘C’ grade or second division (45%) marks in SLC or equivalent examination.
- The applicants must have passed the following specific subjects:- English, Mathematics, Science
- The applicants must submit the following documents with application;
SEE/SLC passed certificate
Character certificate
Citizenship/birth certificate
Health certificate (physical fitness)
Photos- 35 X 45 mm – 4 pcs
- The applicants must pass the written entrance test conducted by CTEVT.
